This is a cool vintage, Betsy johnson tight stretchy cotton mini dress. You could also just wear this over jeans for layering. The under arm to under arm is about 15 1/2 inches across the front but stretches to about 20 inches. The length is about 30 inches. There is some faded areas of it but it doesn’t take away from it at all. It’s super cool.
